PO Lab is a workshop launched by Proyectum aimed at helping participants develop and strengthen their skills as Product Owners through practical, hands-on learning. I was responsible for creating all the promotional materials and social media content to support the launch.
The design challenge was to create a fresh visual identity that aligned with Proyectum’s established brand while communicating the experimental, dynamic nature of the workshop. I used a variation of the original Proyectum color palette, incorporating organic shapes and soft gradients to convey the workshop’s focus on exploration and applied learning.

The visual concept was built around the idea of a “lab” for Product Owners—mixing traditional lab tools with agile and product management tools to highlight the workshop’s experimental approach. This visual metaphor helped position PO Lab as a space for practicing, testing, and mastering product ownership techniques. Through the use of flowing gradients, round forms, and a blend of iconography from both scientific and agile contexts, the final design reflected the balance between structure and experimentation that the workshop promotes.

To build anticipation, I developed an expectation campaign to be launched two weeks before the workshop announcement. This campaign used a simplified version of the main visual identity—limiting the color palette and focusing on abstract organic elements like gradient blobs—to generate curiosity while maintaining visual continuity. A series of interactive posts presented questions as polls, encouraging engagement from the audience. These were followed by teaser posts hinting at the upcoming launch and finally a countdown-style post asking followers if they were ready, just one day before the reveal.



For the official launch, the campaign transitioned to reveal the PO Lab name, gradually introducing more of the “lab” elements and visual motifs from the final identity. Posts were designed to inform and attract potential participants, clearly outlining what the workshop includes, who it’s for, and the benefits of joining. The result was a cohesive campaign that generated engagement, aligned with Proyectum’s brand, and effectively communicated the unique nature of the PO Lab workshop.
